Practice Schedule

There is practice on Labor Day (Monday) at the regular time, we do understand that some families will have plans for the long weekend and not be available for practice.

• Thursday: 2:30 – 3:45 p.m. @ Rio Americano H.S.

Lagoon Valley Classic Invitational

We will be competing in the Lagoon Valley Classic Invitational at Lagoon Valley Park on Saturday, September 7th. It is critical that all athletes who cannot compete inform Coach Anton via email at antonescay@hotmail.com no later than Monday, September 2nd.

***PLEASE ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO GET TO LAGOON VALLEY PARK. TRADITIONALLY,TRAFFIC BACKS UP ON LAGOON VALLEY RD TO THE I80 EXIT. THE LAST MILE TO THE PARKING LOT CAN SOMETIMES TAKE 30 MINUTES OR MORE, PLEASE TAKE THIS INTO CONSIDERATION!***

You can find detailed Lagoon Valley information here with race times and directions, Rio will run in the large school division. The athlete list is at the bottom of this information. Please have your athlete at the meet at least 1 hour before their race in order to warm up and get checked in.

All athletes must compete in uniform. If you did not order a uniform or have not received your uniform yet, please email Coach Anton your size and we will provide you with a uniform which must be returned at the end of the season.

RAAB Membership Dues

If you haven’t already done so, please pay your RAAB dues as soon as possible. Dues are $110 per Athlete per sport, there is no longer a multi sport membership. Our goal is 100% membership participation! RAAB Membership Dues.
