Summer Conditioning

Summer conditioning continues at Ancil Hoffman Park Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 6-7:30pm (6700 Tarshes dr. Carmichael, Ca 95608). It’s a great time to get in shape for the fall season and bond with teammates!

Woodbridge Cross Country Classic

This is a reminder that the Student Contract and first payment for the Woodbridge Classic / Disney Trip is due this Monday July 15th! Athletes were given the informational handout back in June. If you did not receive the information Coach Anton will have additional packets available at practice as being posted on riotrackxc.com. Please make sure we get the student contracts and payments on time.

Summer Team Bond Event

The Team Captains decided on having monthly team events this year. For July, we are going to Sunsplash. The plan is to Meet outside the Sunsplash Gate (1893 Taylor Rd., Roseville, CA) at 5:15pm on Tuesday July 23rd so we can all enter as a group.
