Runners should arrive at least one hour before their scheduled event start time. The parking could be a mess with everyone having to be there about the same time so leave yourself plenty of time to get there and park.
If for any reason you are running late send your runner to the team tent as soon as you drive in.

Time Schedule
We would like to run the races on time. Please make sure your athletes are at the starting line 10 minutes prior to their race time so we can get an accurate count of how many athletes are racing. Please also make sure that runners are in appropriate races. If you have any questions, please contact meet management.
Weather
It looks to be a hot day on Saturday (over 110 degrees!). We have condensed the meet schedule and changed all varsity races to two miles to promote and ensure athlete safety. Although the race schedule has been condensed in an effort to “beat the heat,” please be sure to mention to your athletes the importance of hydration. We will have water at the finish line, but it is the athletes’ responsibility to drink plenty of fluids prior to racing.
Directions
Westbound – Take 80W to Lagoon Valley Road. Turn left on Lagoon Valley Road and follow the road approximately a mile to the back entrance of the park. There will be an attendant to collect the $3.00 parking fee and to give you instructions on where to park. Parking will be on the right on the field adjacent to the course.”
